a year ago i purchased NBA Live 2010 for ipod and finished the game by unlocking all legends. i didn't have plans to buy another NBA game, but when EA games went on a $0.99 holiday sale (previous post), i eventually bought the new NBA itouch game. i'm so happy i did, more of that later..
first order of business was to try the 3-Point Shootout mode, wala kasi nyan last year. i chose one of my favorite shooters today: Steph Curry, won the mode, and unlocked a legend. tried it again but no other legends were unlocked for the other teams, unlike the playoffs mode in which every team will unlock a legend.. which brings me to ...
when i won the championship for Orlando, i got really excited because the legend that was unlocked was Penny Hardaway!!! yes, legend na si penny haha :D penny is my childhood basketball idol. Standing 6'7", he's a point guard with a pass-first mentality. much of my game is based on his. this is probably the first NBA game that has done justice to penny as to how good he was in his Magic days. anyway, when i first played penny, his stats was 61 points, 1 assist, 7 steals, and 1 rebound. may 1 assist para hindi bakaw hahaha :D that's 3 minutes per quarter all-star mode. sayang lang hindi ko na-screenshot, sa sobrang saya ko nakalimutan ko may screenshot nga pala ipod. ung ibang games naman may screenshot below :)
